Rural America needs this, and I always say that without a robust rural economy, all people, including those in the cities, are going to wake up in the cold, dark and hungry.

It is these big things that sometimes government can really screw up and hurt you on--taxes, regulations, energy, trade, and equipment.

To state it again, these are successful government programs that deliver real results.
