Now, the other argument that we hear sometimes is from people who buy expensive machinery and, frankly, we have a lot of those people in my district. They are called farmers. Every so often they go out and buy a new tractor, and that new tractor today may be $150,000. They say, oh, my gosh. You mean I am going to have to pay a 22 or 23 percent sales tax on a $150,000 tractor? I cannot afford that.
