We rise tonight to talk a little bit about what has happened in the last 6 years... We had with us a Contract with America, not a Contract on America... I am happy to report that virtually all of those planks in that contract with the American people have now come to fruition. In fact, we kept every item. We kept our bargain on every one of those items.
