Exactly. Now, what the President has proposed, though, is about $30 billion a year of additional spending above and beyond the spending caps that he agreed to. Now, one other point that needs to be made about those two charts. If we abide by those spending caps, it will mean we will have lower interest rates, because the government will not be borrowing so much. And as a matter of fact, we will begin to pay down some of that debt, so we will have lower interest rates. That means that we will have a stronger economy, and a stronger economy is good for everybody.
