let me just talk about a couple of things, and I think as we talk about this new benefit, and I think we all recognize there are far too many seniors that are not getting the prescription drugs that they need, there was a study done several years ago by the Kaiser Foundation, and they found in their survey that 29 percent of seniors responded that they have had prescriptions which they did not have filled because they could not afford them, 29 percent.
