It does very little to ultimately guarantee we have clean water. As a matter of fact, one of my first trips to Washington a few years ago, and I had been to Washington maybe one or two times before that, maybe you remember this, there was a scare that came through in the water system here in Washington, DC. They thought it was somehow infected with Cryptosporidium. This is just blocks away from the EPA offices. They have their own water system. But the EPA did not take responsibility for that. Ultimately, the city of Washington, DC. took responsibility.
