Well, I thank my colleague, the gentleman from Minnesota (Mr. Kennedy), because, as I say, very quickly the gentleman has picked up and made this one of his top issues. It is important to the gentleman's district. It is important to rural development. We talk about how can we create more jobs and economic possibilities in rural America? This clearly is one of them. Ethanol is not the only answer. We can do biodiesel. We can make plastics, as was mentioned. One of the great things about making ethanol from corn is that you can have so many other by-products from it. We are learning how to make plastics now. We are learning how to make other products out of this, as well as perhaps the best high-protein feed possible for our cattle and hogs. I am not an expert, but we are finding out that if you take this feed product just at the right time while there is still a little bit of alcohol left in the product, that it makes a terrific product to feed to dairy cows. We are finding that you can actually increase dairy production with just exactly the right blend of feed from these corn-processing plants.
