I appreciate the frustration, particularly of the gentleman from Vermont (Mr. Sanders) on issues that are important to him. What I am concerned about, it has been mentioned already, is the law of unintended consequences. This is a place, of course, where we write law, but it is also an area where we can make bad law, and I am afraid what will happen with this amendment if we raise the price of Class I milk, and this is what a couple of our colleagues said earlier.
