I do not support price controls. I think the best way to break the backs of price controls is to have open markets, because once the pharmaceutical industry and European countries realize that American consumers are going to be buying from them at their prices, I think it is going to force the European Union and the pharmaceutical industry to come to a better agreement so we level the playing field. That is really what I am trying to say. Yes, some have price controls, some do not. Every country has a slightly different regimen in how they deal with monopolies.
