It is amazing. I am just amazed, and I would like to see their voucher plan expanded to nonpublic, private, religious-related schools. That is not going to be the case, at least for the first phase of this. But as I said, back in the Midwest we have an expression. When people say that will never happen, one of the ways of saying that is ``When pigs fly.'' Believe it or not, here in Washington we are seeing vouchers and experimentation with privatizing the schools. So I am not going to criticize them for not going full scale with a voucher plan, because when pigs fly, I do not think we should criticize them for not staying up very long. So, we are making tremendous progress.
