Instead of a twice-a-day tablet, there is a once-a-day tablet, which gives them an extra 17 years on their patent. We are talking about seven times more. You talk about a patient who is going to have to take that perhaps for the next 30 years, you start multiplying that difference, we are talking about thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars, multiplied by, I do not remember the exact number, but something like 35 percent of all Medicare expenditures are in one way or another related to diabetes-related illnesses. I believe the amendment we are talking about ultimately, when fully implemented, when consumers have access and understand how it works, could save American consumers $30 billion a year.”
