here is another chart that basically says we have to do something to bring our prices into line. Last year the average senior in the United States, well, seniors in the United States got a cost of living adjustment in Social Security of 3-\1/2\ percent. Total expenditures on pharmaceuticals went up 19 percent. We cannot continue this. This will eat us out of house and home. This kind of thing, this is what is causing consumers to look at ways that they can save some money. This chart, as I say, when our colleagues vote tomorrow, and I have prepared this and I will make this available to any Member who wants a mailing in a sense explaining, A, the problem, the chart, the differentials, and it also answers the four most commonly asked questions or arguments against this simple little amendment. Anybody who wants a copy can get a copy of the amendment. It is a very simple amendment.
