the Affordable HOMES Act does exactly that by cutting red tape, restoring clarity, and helping builders build and families buy. Despite claims made by my Democratic colleagues about the Affordable HOMES Act, it does not raise existing rates for homeowners. Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to vote in favor of H.R. 5184.
