Mr. Speaker, I note that the Founders never would have intended a U.S. President allowing 6.7 million illegal immigrants into the country, including terrorists and the drug cartels. I think that is probably not something that was envisioned by the Founders. Mr. Speaker, I am prepared to close as well, and I reserve the balance of my time.
