I thank the gentleman. I know the gentleman's comments reflect the interest for all of us to make things in America. And how many times have we heard where we want to make sure that we are able to make things in this country, and this is a clear example where an American success story can continue and should continue. But we're punishing this industry, and we have an opportunity to repeal this tax. Mr. Speaker, I want to take just a second to introduce a new leader, someone who wants to speak briefly on this issue, Mr. Mullin from Oklahoma, who is a small businessperson who understands the value of entrepreneurship and would like to offer a few comments.
