I would like to know, the statement was made earlier this is all self-financing. What do you charge an F minus-minus company to make it a viable situation? How much do you have to charge a company like that? If you went into a bank and had an F minus-minus credit rating, you would not get a loan at all. So I think we need to get the whole facts of this out.
