The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title) insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Department of Energy to require grant recipients to replace any lighting that does not meet or exceed the energy efficiency standard set forth in section 325 of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6295).
