I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill, before the short title, insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to develop or submit a proposal to expand the authorized uses of the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund described in section 9505(c) of the Internal Revenue Code (26 U.S.C. 9505(c)). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to the order of the House of today, the gentleman from Minnesota and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Minnesota.
