I want to credit the gentleman from California [Mr. Gallegly] and others that have advanced this important recognition of a former colleague... I want to thank Bob Lagomarsino. I want to obviously rise in support of this and ask my colleagues to support it. He earned it, and I certainly am pleased that this is up on the floor today.
