I just want to point out, Mr. Chairman, that the gentleman has not answered the questions in terms of the disparate treatment, in terms of some of the agencies that have the responsibility for the regulation of financial institutions and other responsibilities and those that do not. I do not understand the differential here. If this is good for these, why is it not good for everyone?
