I, first of all, want to comment on the generous comments made by my colleague. He will certainly be missed as he has announced in the last week his decision not to seek or stand for reelection in the Virgin Islands after his nearly 30 to 40 years of service to the people of the Virgin Islands and to this Nation. So, he continues on this year working on the issues of the territories that are so important to us.
