I just want to say I think the gentleman is making a very good statement in pointing out the preparation and the information that is available to the public generally and to Members of Congress specifically, and I realize that many of us have not had the opportunity to learn all of this in detail, but the presumption, I think, should be on two decades of bipartisan support under both Republican and Democratic administrations. I point out that the gentleman pointed out 16 of the sites are actually national parks and 4 are not, but that no private site would be listed without the consent of the owner.
