this particular language and these designations would not restrict the military flights. I would point out to the gentleman though that the gentleman from Minnesota and others have introduced legislation dealing with the overflights issue. As a matter of fact, it is a very significant outstanding issue, and I know that the chairman, the gentleman from Oklahoma [Mr. McCurdy], of the Armed Services subcommittee, is interested in it, was planning a hearing next week, but had to postpone it. But the subcommittee on Natural Resources, Parks, Forests, and Public Lands, will have a hearing next Friday. So there is a continuing focus on the overflights issue over public lands with regards to all sorts of aircraft in BLM and Forest Service lands.
