I strongly urge Members of this House, as Senator D'Amato, chairman of the Banking Committee, has accepted an amendment, to much greater extent in the other body. I think this should be a signal of an issue that is quite different than some of the others that have been considered by this House and would urge, strongly urge, positive action on this particular amendment.
