If you can't buy proper health insurance it could be--the health system around you could be the highest possible quality.
My own home State of Minnesota has some of the highest quality, lowest cost care in the country.
We're trying to show how much things cost, and maybe this is for you, Ms. Metcalf, Mr. Potter, the issue is also quality.
I think it shows the reasons to have some kind of a label or some way for people to better understand what these policies are about.
