As we watch the Russian occupation in Crimea and aggression against eastern Ukraine, we are reminded that this horrific human tragedy was designed by Stalin to crackdown on Ukrainian resistance to Soviet rule.

I think, unless practice is showing that changes are made before we vote both in laws and practices, that essentially it will be difficult and should be difficult to pass NAFTA.

I support this measure that highlights this important area of international cooperation with one of America's closest friends and allies.

Those of you who support expanded trade need to help focus on the problems we have in making agreements real.
