As we watch the Russian occupation in Crimea and aggression against eastern Ukraine, we are reminded that this horrific human tragedy was designed by Stalin to crackdown on Ukrainian resistance to Soviet rule.

This needs to be just the beginning of our discussion of international tax. And we need to sit down on a bipartisan basis and really dig into these issues.

All options should be on the table, except doing nothing.
