I think the Community Reinvestment Act--for so many folks in the 13th Congressional District that I represent in the City of Detroit, one of the most beautiful, Blackest cities in the country, where I think we were the forefront and kind of the birthplace of this incredible civil rights movement that I think continues on through this generation.
