“The political meetings we had, it was very interesting meeting with the Minister of Defense and the Minister of Interior. The difference this time is you are meeting with people who know they are going to be in the job for 4 years. Every time I have gone before, you have always been kind of meeting with an appointed or an interim minister. Now you are meeting with somebody that has been selected, and they know they are going to be a part of this new government, which gives you a little bit more stability. The parliamentarians, obviously, representative government is a new phenomena for them and they have a little bit of work to understand exactly how that works.”
