I think that is a key word that we need to spend time on, maybe not tonight, but that the American people and our colleagues need to think about. Are we really at war? It was not that long ago that we had the opportunity to be at an event where one of the deputy Secretaries of the Defense Department, Steve Cambone, spoke and was very definitive. And he said we are a Nation at war, that we do not know exactly how long it will last, but it will not be short, recognizing that we are at war in that the situation that we face is very different, and we should realize it is different than how we treated it during the 1990s which was what my colleague and I talked about earlier, saying that these are just random criminal activities. This is much more serious.
