Absolutely. What we want is we want parents and teachers and local administrators deciding what they are going to do for their children and their school, based on their needs, and that is a very different vision than the vision that our President has of education. The President believes that the responsibilities for these types of programs need to be moved to Washington. This president wants to build our schools, and he want to build them according to Federal regulations, which means we cannot really get competitive bidding, so the price of construction goes up by 10 to 15 percent. He wants to certify our teachers.
