“The reason I made the comment about Pennsylvania was only because Madam Speaker tonight is from the great State of Pennsylvania, and the next time we have this discussion on where we are going with Federal tax credits, perhaps she can join us and talk about the success or the rationale for how the Pennsylvania legislature moved to embrace tax credits, and I believe do it in a bipartisan way, move forward and get that done, and how that would then complement what we would be doing here in Washington.”
