We were there in August and I think even then we also flew over the city and we saw the tremendous amount of commerce, the cars on the roads. Baghdad looked much like a functioning city until you got to some of the compounds where we had built the protected barricades. I can tell you that having been back there 4 weeks ago, the commerce has even expanded much more significantly. There are more cars on the road. We drove by the gas stations. The lines are gone. The kids are still out there on the streets. It is still a dangerous place, but this is a place that is making progress.
