Well, I have spent a lot of time trying to find a common ground between the various forms of education in Michigan, whether it is home school, private schools, a charter school, or a public school, recognizing that each one of these plays a vital role in our total education system; and, also, very frankly, recognizing that when you are in the State of Michigan and you are talking about education reform, you are going to have to design it as a win-win that says there is something in here that is going to enhance the ability of public schools to compete, to educate our children, as well as enhance the educational opportunities for private and parochial schools. One system is not inherently better than the other and one system should not be inherently favored over the other. Again, this is why I am very much intrigued by the concept that the gentleman has successfully promoted, which is a tax credit, which is a win-win for all of those. I do not think, as it is written, Arizona allows or provides a benefit for home schoolers, does it?
