No Child Left Behind was a bill that I voted against because I believed in parental control, I believed in local control, and I believed in State control. I want to deconstruct the Education Department and return the rights back to the States so the States can focus on what they need to do, but more importantly that the Federal Government can focus on what it needs to do, trade policy, national security and those types of things.
