We must be concerned instead by weapons of mass destruction and by the cowardly instruments of sabotage and hidden bombs. These unconventional threats endanger not only our Armed Forces but all Americans and America's friends everywhere. Madeleine Albright in the Clinton administration got much of this right in perceiving the threat, as was so brutally proved on September 11.”
