I think what the gentlewoman from Pennsylvania is pointing out, in Pennsylvania they have the tax credit and they have seen this kind of explosion of new funds moving into education. Even in the State of Michigan, where we do not have a tax credit, what we have seen is that some people will say that the tax credit, that money is only going to stay in the wealthier suburbs and those types of things but in education. I think, again, one of the great things about America, we recognize the importance of education, that a child get a good education. The other thing that I think is happening in a State like Michigan where there is a potential of leaving too many kids behind, the community and really the State is stepping up and businesses are stepping up and saying it is not just okay for kids from this side of the State, to make sure that no child is left behind in this side of the State. We need to make sure that every child in Michigan has the opportunity for a good education.
