“if my colleague will explain to me, many of these drugs are manufactured in the U.S. We are the largest market in the world for most of these prescription drugs. One would think in the largest market in the world, and when the drugs, many of them are made in the United States, we would not be paying a premium, we would be paying the lowest price. That is not the case?”
