This hearing and the purpose of this committee is, in fact, to get back to what is the core mission of the NLRB. In my opinion, it's about the worker and the employer, not protecting union leadership and union organizations' needs.

I am frankly astonished that there wasn't something done in the regulation to in fact address that.
Clearly it is in Michigan, and we need to not only talk about what we are--how we are assessing them, but how we are supporting them and are we getting improvements or are we just spinning our wheels and students are being lost?
Why would we allow that to continue multiple years? I mean, this is a pretty fundamental thing if these people are involved, vulnerable populations.
