I inadvertently voted ``yes'' on rollcall vote 41--H.R. 3081. It was my intention to vote ``no'' on rollcall vote 41--H.R. 3081.

But under this particular doctrine, does the individual have a right to find out what evidence is being used against him?

Does this individual have a right to know which witnesses have given evidence against him?
