Do we have any indication at this point how many of that 13 percent are substantially unjustified and whether or not there is actually a need for this kind of proposal? And would that not in fact come out in a hearing and help us all make better decisions?

Once charges are actually filed, does the accused get to find out what evidence the Government has against them relative to the crime that they are charged with?
But under this particular doctrine, does the individual have a right to find out what evidence is being used against him?
Reclaiming my time, is he told what he is charged with or what he has done wrong?
