I thank the gentlelady from Minnesota. That's to defund or delay. Mr. Speaker, the President's health care law is unworkable. Hardworking Americans know it. They're going to see their insurance premiums skyrocket. Small business owners know it. They're going to have to scale back hiring, and maybe even let people go. People in the President's own party know it. Even Senator Baucus from Montana, a key author of the legislation, called it a train wreck not long ago. The unions know it. Teamsters' James Hoffa calls it a nightmare because of the jobs and benefits lost. Why? Because, despite the President saying the law is working the way it's supposed to, we know it's not working at all. That's why House Republicans remain committed to protecting the American people from this unworkable, unfair law.
