The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to administer or enforce the wage-rate requirements of subchapter IV of chapter 31 of title 40, United States Code, popularly known as the ``Davis-Bacon Act.'' The Acting CHAIR. The gentleman from Michigan is recognized for 5 minutes.
