I find it deplorable, disturbing, and downright devastating--to you, to GM, to folks in Michigan who live and breathe pride in our auto industry, but most of all, to the families of the victims.

I would suggest that the staff report should be reviewed with the utmost of care and deposited then very carefully in the nearest large wastebasket.
