The Dingell-Johnson Act implemented a new 10 percent excise tax on fishing rods, reels, related components and fishing tackle.

The simple fact is, despite 5 years of ceaseless opposition, the Affordable Care Act is working.

I raise this issue today because the NRC will soon be considering a proposal to dispose of this waste in a nearby mill site.

The bottom line, I think, is the ACA is working.
