The Dingell-Johnson Act implemented a new 10 percent excise tax on fishing rods, reels, related components and fishing tackle.

John Dingell was the floor manager. He wrote the preface for this book.

I raise this issue today because the NRC will soon be considering a proposal to dispose of this waste in a nearby mill site.
