I happen to think that that should be the Federal Trade Commission because of its long expertise in these matter.

This is a great shame indeed. It is the kind of thing that causes distress on the part of the public.

I believe that mandatory recall is a useful tool in any emergency and should be expanded to the other areas.

I want to commend you for this hearing. I think this has been an important hearing.
