The text of the amendment is as follows: Add, at the end of the bill, the following: SEC. 3. PROTECTING ACTIONS PERTAINING TO CONSTITUTIONAL CLAIMS OR CIVIL RIGHTS. Nothing in this Act, or the amendments made by this Act, shall be construed to apply to actions alleging any violation of a right protected by the Constitution or any civil right protected by law.
