the gentleman from Arkansas (Mr. Hutchinson) is a great member of the Committee on the Judiciary and he is a great lawyer and was a good prosecutor, a good defense man, but what he needs to understand is that we are not revising or dealing with the independent counsel statute. That comes up next year, and, brother, we have plenty to say about that. All we are doing now is making the very elementary, simple, nonlegal assertion that the independent counsel is an employee of the U.S. Department of Justice and is subject to the same rules, 6(e) and everything else, that U.S. Attorneys are. That. Nothing more.
