I rise only to say to the distinguished previous speaker that this mistaken impression that this is being amended on the run is incorrect. And I'm glad you listened to the full debate, and I respect your position. The point that you think it's being amended on the run is that we had nearly 50 organizations in which we were negotiating with up until the last moment, and even now, sir. That's why we have a manager's amendment.
